OUR PROJECTS

Each year, the Davenport Jaycees host many programs and events for our members and the greater community. Our larger events have become some of our favorites and remain a part of our annual calendar, while our M-Nights and shorter-term projects changing each year.

Friday Afternoon Club (FAC)

In college, it stood for “Friday After Class”. For us, it means “Friday Afternoon Club”. Either way, the concept is the same. Each month, our member in charge of planning chooses a local bar to meet at for happy hour for the third Friday of the night. We reserve the space (and try to find a good drink and food special for ya!) FAC is typically from 5 – 7 p.m. Past locales have included Bent River, Pints, Kelly’s Irish Pub, and Refresh.
